Acro Service Corp. is hiring a Business Applications Developer in Orlando, Florida. This is a contract role for a premier supplier in a clean, climate-controlled facility. The position focuses on business applications, structured system methodologies, application support, development, and implementation.

Main Duties

• Provide regular product support, maintenance, configuration changes, patch updates, and project enhancements.
• Work with business representatives to deliver fully implemented solutions to end users using core application best practices.
• Develop programmatic solutions and test them against defined plans for accuracy and implementation readiness.
• Coordinate specifications, system changes, new systems, and problem correction efforts.
• Work with internal IT/OT teams and vendors to deliver complete solutions to the end-user community.
• Provide expertise in defect resolution, process improvement, data mining, reporting, data visualization, and application development.
• Coordinate with Compliance as the main point of contact for status, requirements, project priorities, and operational impacts.
• Lead application development work, help train others, inspect work quality, and manage project deliverables.
• Follow SDLC, triage, change management, and IT processes to promote updates across environments.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues to find root causes and prevent repeat problems.
• Work with software vendors to report, track, and resolve software issues.
